Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple assignments with a safety mindset.
Exercise good judgment and make sound business decisions.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills to produce documentation on solutions and system design.
Provide off-hour, on-call support for workstation, server, and other system-related issues that require travel to various supported sites.
Work overtime and be flexible with hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work outside normal business hours.
Lift/transport server equipment when needed.
Monitor system health and performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead optimization efforts.
Perform disaster recovery planning, backup, and restore for systems, applications, and data.
Install and manage patches and firmware.
Provide excellent customer service and end-user support.

Required
Windows Server and Windows desktop experience
Active Directory management
Basic DHCP / DNS / Routing concepts
Scripting experience (PowerShell, bash, ksh, or perl)
8+ years of experience in IT Support
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology)
Strong technical knowledge of various computing platforms
Ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed
Off-hour, on-call support for workstation, server, and system related issues
Willingness and ability to work overtime and be flexible with work hours
Travel to various company locations
Preferred

Flexible to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Good judgment and ability to make sound business decisions
