Responsibilities
Design, implementation, and maintenance of wireless networks nationwide
Conducting Wi-Fi site surveys and providing network design recommendations
Creating network diagrams
Configuring Access Points, Bridges, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN tunnels
Working independently, including night shifts, without direct supervision
Interacting with customers with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
2-3 years of field experience in wireless networking
Relevant network certifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and laptop computer usage
Ability to travel nationwide (80% of the time) with occasional trips to Canada
Willingness and ability to obtain passport for occasional trips outside US
Capability to work independently, including night shifts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance when interacting with customers
Knowledge of mobile routers, Cloud Management software, and configuration of network devices
Familiarity with hardware, server software, and major cellular networks
Experience with GPS, Wi-Fi, and Cellular antenna technology
Experience with AWS and Wasabi
Expertise in conducting Wi-Fi site surveys and providing network design recommendations
Preferred
Familiarity with major cellular networks such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile
Experience working with state and local government networks
Experience with GPS, Wi-Fi, and Cellular antenna technology
