Responsibilities

Analyzes and evaluates existing warehouse management systems to identify areas for improvement

Develop detailed plans for the implementation of enhancements to the Tecsys WMS system

Provides expert advice and solutions to complex warehousing and distribution challenges

Conduct training sessions for users on the functionalities and updates of the Tecsys WMS system

Documents existing processes and new functionality

Develops understanding of back office systems like TComs OMS and other sister company back office systems that Tecsys is integrated with

Required

2+ years of experience with WMS (preferably Tecsys) and its application in warehousing and distribution

Understanding of back office and inventory management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong documentation skills

Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly

Preferred

B.S. in Business or IT

Background in warehouse management operations
