Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and security standards.
Implement custom post types and taxonomies as needed.
Conduct website migrations and ensure data integrity.
Assist in the integration of AEM components and templates into existing WordPress sites.
Collaborate with the AEM team to ensure seamless content management and delivery.
Support the development of AEM workflows, templates, and components.
Implement and manage digital assets using AEM’s asset management tools.
Participate in AEM project planning and strategy sessions.

Required
5+ years of experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced skills.
2 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Strong understanding of WordPress coding standards and best practices.
Familiarity with AEM’s architecture and capabilities, including Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
