Responsibilities
Your relationship-building skills will shine as you develop strong partnerships with SMB clients, deeply understanding their IT needs and challenges to provide targeted solutions.
You'll leverage your sales expertise to negotiate and close deals, while continuously identifying new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Your strategic thinking will be crucial as you create and maintain Account Plans, tracking key metrics and reporting results to Global Account leadership.
As a market analyst, you'll conduct thorough research to uncover upselling opportunities and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our services.
Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to seek new opportunities through referrals, networking, and social media channels.
You'll excel at presenting our value proposition to potential clients, actively listening to their needs and addressing their concerns effectively.

Required
Two years of proven success in IT services sales and client partnership roles.
Strong track record in relationship management and deal closure.
Passionate approach to sales and account management.
Valuable experience with software development outsourcing services.
Preferred
Knowledge of on-site or offshore IT services is a plus.
