Responsibilities
Craft Personalized Itineraries:Research and develop tailored travel plans that exceed client expectations
Understand Client Needs:Assess client preferences to create trips that align with their unique desires and requirements
Stay Informed and Certified:Participate in vendor training and webinars to become a certified expert on various destinations and travel services
Manage Budgets:Plan trips within clients’ financial constraints while ensuring exceptional quality and experiences
Create Marketing Materials:Design promotional content to showcase and market travel services
Handle Travel Arrangements:Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, event tickets, and more
Provide Excellent Communication:Stay connected with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a seamless experience and resolve any issues
Collaborate with Partners:Build relationships with tour operators and negotiate package deals to deliver added value for clients
Flexible Scheduling:Work part-time or full-time, adapting your schedule to suit your needs

Required
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
Excellent communication skills; sales experience is a plus
Smartphone with internet access (a laptop is recommended but not required)
Preferred
Personal travel experience is a bonus, but not mandatory
Background in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
