Responsibilities

Experience leading AMS customers in Workday Financials post-production support, remediation, and Phase X implementations

Proven track record of transforming business requirements into complex system configurations

Demonstrated experience as a senior resource gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, Workday configuration and testing

Ability to manage work, lead a workstream, and mentor junior team members

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Able to come up with improvements in tools and/or processes to help the practice

Develop project strategies and plans, and identify the methods and tools required for the project

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
