Responsibilities
Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process configuration, integrations, data transmission (EIB), testing and troubleshooting support.
Identify and escalate complex inquiries or cases to tier 3 support, as need by forwarding tickets
Subject matter expert on Workday modules such as HCM, Security, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Compensation
Conduct system audit and notify responsible persons of discrepancies and/or errors to maintain and improve data integrity
Ensure day-to-day systems support
Assist with testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality.
Understand and be familiar with existing business process flows
Assist with coordination and delivery of end user training as necessary to support the effective use of Workday
Assist with ongoing communication to end users regarding system updates/releases, as well as new functionality
Run and schedule simple custom reports, as required
Identifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives to improve the employee experience, reduce risk and costs, and improve compliance and controls
Assist with projects and other duties as required

Required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of Workday HCM experience including Core HCM, Security, Talent and Performance, Absence and Time-Tracking, Payroll or Recruitment.
Proven Workday functional expertise – an awareness of what Workday can and cannot do, familiarity and delivered functionality and reports.
Excellent computer skills, including Workday and Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
Outstanding problem solver and analytical thinking skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Prior HR experience preferred
