Responsibilities

The new system will help employees easily navigate their WorkDay HR Operations Portal

New system is needed to streamline access

Improve system so that employees have one log-in

Project is to migrate 800-2,000 knowledge-based articles to be migrated into WorkDay Help. Customer will train on Workday Help and Journey! Candidates must already have general Workday HR experience.

Need candidates with:

Healthcare background

WorkDay articles experience

Re-do articles posted via text, links, direct access, video, instructional videos, etc.

The articles house step-by-step instructions including FAQs, Open Enrollment info., Case Management, workarounds for complex situations

Content management

Media creation

Project management experience

Knowledge-based management

Multi-media content for articles

New engine search for WorkDay

“co-pilot” to create content development

Instructional design

Take articles to SME to get feedback and validation

Be consultative

Great personality, Self-accountable, responsible, fast learner, prompt, polished, collaborative, knowledge transferable skills
