Responsibilities
Providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional Payroll Strategic Business applications
Supporting implementation of system upgrades
Testing system enhancements
Troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows
Monitoring data logs and managing releases
Providing ongoing technical support to payroll operations employees
Ad-hoc performance of quality audits
Creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within client

Required
5 years’ Experience with Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking
Vendor Relationship experience
Project Management
Workday (U.S. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, etc.)
Workday Reporting & Integration support
Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
Preferred
