Responsibilities
Providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional Payroll Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting
Supporting implementation of system upgrades
Testing system enhancements
Troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows
Monitoring data logs and managing releases
Providing ongoing technical support to payroll operations employees
Ad-hoc performance of quality audits
Creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems

Required
5 years’ experience with Workday U.S. Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking
Vendor Relationship experience
Project Management
Workday (U.S. Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, etc.)
Workday Reporting & Integration support
Vendor Management: Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
