Required

Undergraduate degree in Business Management, HR or related discipline and minimum 5 years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR/Payroll Business Processes, HR IS (Human Capital Management Systems, HCM) and HR Master Data in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management

Proven HR/Payroll process management experience by having successfully operated, optimized, automated, or deployed HR/Payroll related business processes with significant aspects of complex IT implementation, organizational transformation and ambitious value creation targets

Experience with Workday, specifically the Payroll and/or Time/Absence modules is a must

Proven experience in implementation testing, with a focus on data validation, integration, and security testing

Strong understanding of payroll processes and data flows between HR, Benefits, Compensation, Time, Absence, and Payroll

Knowledge of CA/PR/US Payroll, Time and Absence Regulations is highly favorable

Professional proficiency in English, MS Office, digital collaboration tools/platforms

Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
