Responsibilities

Build and optimize systems and processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and legal compliance.

Focus on system administration for the Workday System, including workflows, integrations, triggers, system documentation, business processes, user training, and reporting.

Collaborate with team members in various functional areas such as Human Potential, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IS&T, Finance, and Payroll.

Collaborate with software vendors to develop standardized reports, troubleshoot system performance gaps, and maximize Workforce system capabilities.

Required

One (1) year of Workday configuration experience

Two (2) years of related experience in a related functional area (Human Resources, Payroll, Finance or Supply Chain) or 2 years working in HRIS systems and implementations
