Responsibilities

Implement and configure Workday Grants Management solutions to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems

Provide expertise in Workday Grants Management, including setup, configuration, and reporting

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday systems

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality and performance

Stay current with Workday updates and new features, and recommend improvements

Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users

Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Experience with Workday Grants Management or similar systems

Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and integration

Proven experience in implementing Workday solutions

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Client-side experience is acceptable and valued

Preferred

Workday certification(s) preferred
