Responsibilities
Lead and manage testing for Workday HCM modules including Payroll Integration, Reporting, and Security Testing.
Oversee data validation across Workday modules like HCM, FINS, and PSA.
Manage a test team in a large or complex Workday HCM project involving multiple stakeholders.
Guide testing efforts across the full SDLC with a focus on end-to-end test management, from planning to execution.
Deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders, using both statistical data and high-level summaries.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the success of testing activities within timelines.
Manage integration testing efforts across various Workday HCM modules.
Utilize test management tools (Jira/Zephyr) to ensure smooth tracking and reporting of test cases.
Oversee the development and maintenance of test automation tools to streamline testing processes.
Collaborate with outsourced resources and remote teams, demonstrating professionalism and effective leadership.
Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
Mentor and guide new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Required
Experience with Workday HCM functional areas, including integration to external systems (with a focus on Payroll, Reporting, Security).
Proven experience in data validation across HCM, FINS, and PSA modules.
Previous experience managing test teams in large organizations or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end test management across the full SDLC (management and execution).
Strong attention to detail with a creative approach to reporting progress using stats or high-level summaries for different audiences.
Risk management skills: Ability to foresee risks, evaluate their severity, and mitigate without impacting testing timelines.
Previous integration testing experience and knowledge of test management tools (Jira/Zephyr).
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and outsourced resources.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to find quick, creative solutions to challenges.
