Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Workday HCM modules to align with client HR strategies and business goals.

Work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver innovative solutions within the Workday platform.

Provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Conduct workshops and training sessions, helping clients adopt Workday best practices and maximize their platform’s capabilities.

Keep up with the latest Workday updates and industry trends, offering recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.

Required

Workday HCM certification is required for this role.

Proven experience in implementing and configuring Workday HCM solutions.

A strong understanding of compensation principles, including incentive compensation, merit planning, and total rewards.

The ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable, innovative solutions.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience engaging clients at all organizational levels.

A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Preferred

Experience in Talent, Learning, and Compensation as a plus
