Responsibilities

Collaborate with client teams to align business requirements with Workday solutions
Participate in design workshops and requirements gathering
Advise, configure, test, and execute Workday solutions for clients
Navigate projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency
Leverage your expertise to advise clients; be resourceful, simplify where possible, and deliver with confidence

Required

Workday HCM configuration or operations experience (Payroll, Time and Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
Build strong partnerships and embrace a team-oriented approach to drive collective success
Thrive in a fast-paced and engaging environment while delivering to timelines and mitigating risks
Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship

Preferred

Workday consulting experience in either an internal/customer or external/partner role
Prior Workday HCM deployment experience as a workstream lead or functional expert
Bachelor’s degree
