Workday HCM Integration Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the integration of Workday HCM Application with other Apps and play a critical role on integration development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of these interfaces.
Develop integration strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business units to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies and fully utilizing the Workday integration toolset to build robust integration solutions.
Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, XSLT and other integration tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Lead discovery sessions to identify integration opportunities, propose enhancements, and implement improvements to streamline data exchange and business processes.
Develop and support integrations, including specifications, design documents, testing plans, and deployment of various types of integrations.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing integrations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven and hands-on experience (5-7 years) in Workday integrations and configurations, with a deep understanding of Workday Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformations, Workday Packaged Integrations, XSLT, etc. and Workday's integration architecture.
Experience with at least 4 full life cycle Workday integrations.
Experience in using Developer tools such as Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or its equivalent.
Expert knowledge of HR processes, Workday Data model and infrastructure, and best practices in HRIS integrations, Financial system integration etc.
Prior experience managing a team of integration specialists, demonstrating effective leadership and team collaboration.
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus.
