Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards in Workday, ADP WFN, and Salary.com.
Analyze HR data trends and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with HR teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and reports.
Communicate findings effectively through clear and concise verbal and written presentations.
Support ongoing HR projects with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Required
3-5 years of experience in HR systems and analytics
Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards in Workday, ADP WFN, and Salary.com
Analyze HR data trends and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with HR teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and reports
Communicate findings effectively through clear and concise verbal and written presentations
Support ongoing HR projects with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to present data-driven insights effectively
Preferred
Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards in Workday
Familiarity with data visualization tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
