Responsibilities

Consultant needed to configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and business processes in alignment with organizational policies and user requirements.

Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and Workday best practices.

Design and implement security frameworks, including role-based access controls and user permissions, to safeguard sensitive data.

Collaborate with functional teams to define security requirements and resolve access or role assignment issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security issues, including user access concerns and security configuration discrepancies.

Provide guidance and training to end users on security best practices and system navigation.

Stay up to date with Workday updates and security enhancements, ensuring timely implementation of new features.

Participate in system testing and validation to ensure security settings meet business requirements during Workday implementations or updates.

Work with audit teams to support security reviews and provide detailed documentation of security configurations.
