Responsibilities
Assist in the functional configuration of the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and documentation of configurations and changes made to the system.
Perform audits of existing configurations to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to technical solutions.
Work on enhancements and troubleshoot breakfixes that are logged as Jira stories.
Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
Provide ideas and recommendations for improving the user experience and system efficiency.
Assist with Tier 1 cases as needed, ensuring prompt resolution of user inquiries.
Support cross-training of Tier 1 resources to foster a collaborative support environment.

Required
Minimum of 3 years experience working with Workday, specifically within the Recruiting module, including configuration and best practices.
Proven experience in functional configuration, testing, and documentation in Workday.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail, enabling effective troubleshooting and system optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and audits.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support and train others, fostering a positive team environment.
Preferred
Experience in a support role, managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases is preferred.
Knowledge in other Workday modules, such as HCM, is a bonus.
Familiarity with Jira for tracking stories and issues is a plus.
Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus.
