Workday SCM Functional Lead/Solution Architect

Responsibilities
Design and implement the architecture for the Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules tailored to the specific needs of the healthcare system.
Lead the analysis, design, and review processes to ensure the SCM solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and IT departments to translate business needs into technical specifications and effective supply chain strategies.
Work closely with the technical team on the integration process with other ERP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for the SCM component of the ERP implementation.
Provide expertise on best practices for Workday SCM configurations, including procurement, inventory management, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
Conduct system validation and testing activities to ensure the functionality and accuracy of the SCM module before full-scale implementation.
Partner with the OCM & Training teams to develop training materials and sessions for end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the Workday SCM system.
Monitor and assess the performance of the SCM system post-implementation, recommending necessary adjustments and enhancements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in Workday SCM implementations, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and regulations in the healthcare industry.
At least one end-to-end Workday implementation for a hospital & healthcare industry client.
Proven track record in architectural design, system integration, and project management within complex environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple project streams effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences and managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred
Certifications in Workday SCM are highly desirable.
