Responsibilities

Share Workday expertise with the Technical Services team
Drive development and application of HR Standard Operating Procedures
Collaborate with teams to support technical solutions for process automation
Support audits of HCM system data for accuracy, security, and compliance
Provide analytical support for HR audit compliance
Ensure data privacy regulations compliance
Perform Workday updates and integration support
Responsible for audit and controls for logical access to corporate HR systems
Troubleshoot access issues and provide solutions
Gather requirements for system development and enhancements
Analyze technical impacts and provide recommendations
Test new releases and provide feedback
Collaborate with Product Development for process improvements
Act as T3 technical support for business process configurations
Complete testing and debugging as needed
Support regulatory compliance and business process controls
Stay updated on Workday products and technologies

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Workday Ecosystem (including configuration and EIB)
Workday Certifications highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. Or B.S.) from an accredited College/University, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Business-related field preferred.
Experience with testing methodology and approach
Experience with software development cycle and methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
Technical acumen
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and fun team environment
A team player attitude
Functional knowledge of core HCM data management, technical knowledge Of EIB Loads, and experience with standard testing procedures
