Responsibilities
Perform implementation activities for the Workday Time Tracking module.
Provide support to the client team during end-to-end testing , including identifying and resolving defects.
Update and fine-tune system configurations as needed based on testing results.
Report on the testing process and outcomes to stakeholders.
Support deployment activities, ensuring smooth system integration and readiness.
Deliver hypercare support post-go-live to address immediate system or user issues.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.

Required
Workday Time Tracking Certification is required.
4+ years of experience in Workday Global Time Tracking.
4+ years of experience in Workday Medium Enterprise Deployment for E&G.
4+ years of experience in Workday PATT Reporting.
4+ years of experience in Workday Scheduling & Labor Optimization.
4+ years of experience in Workday US Time Tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Familiarity with deployment and hypercare processes for Workday Time Tracking.
Prior experience supporting clients through testing and deployment activities.
Understanding of Workday Time Tracking configuration and optimization best practices.
