Responsibilities
Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, tailored to Workday functionality.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for various user groups.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
Manage training schedules and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Assess training effectiveness through feedback and adapt materials as needed.
Provide ongoing support and resources to end-users during and post-implementation.

Required
5 + years of Workday Training and / or Instructional Design experience
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies
Preferred
Healthcare / hospital system experience
