At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense and claims management.
Ability to work independently from home or a remote location.
Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law
