Serving our network of top-rated employers in Washington State in the adjudication of workers’ compensation claims and risk management.
Maintaining outstanding performance in the workers’ compensation arena.
Contributing skill set for ongoing growth and development in serving the needs of clients.
Providing superb customer service and leadership to clients.
Staying current with industry buzz and focusing on ways to expand and apply knowledge both internally and externally.
Being passionate about details and proficient in utilizing time and resources effectively.
Functioning collaboratively within a team environment, yet being independently resourceful.
Negotiating in a positive manner and implementing claims resolution activities proactively.
Understanding the financial impact of decisions made and strategizing for long-term performance and/or impact.

Building experience in the adjudication of workers’ compensation claims in WA State.

Preferred
Four-year college degree is preferred or an equivalent of two years claim management experience.
