Responsibilities
Investigate, review, evaluate, and administer workers' compensation claims
Review medical reports and set reserves
Approve medical bills for payment and file necessary documentation
Interview and correspond with claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and physicians
Represent the employer at various workers' compensation and industrial leave claims actions and hearings

Required
High School Diploma and 5 years or more experience in Claims and Litigation OR a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience in Claims and Litigation
Knowledge of claims handling and legal statutes and procedures
Customer service experience
Workers' Compensation experience in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania
Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in non-subscriber claims
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with industry best practices and protocols
