Responsibilities
Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution
Including all aspects of discovery and litigation
Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators

Required
Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
Excellent written and oral communication
Commitment to proactive case management
2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
Preferred
Experience in Merus
Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
