Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to design and implement a workflow tracking system using ASNA.
Oversee the daily operations and organization of the team, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and tracked.
Identify, design, and communicate efficient processes for both internal operations and customer-facing projects.
Organize and maximize the usage of ASNA, G-Drive, G-Sites, and SharePoint to enhance team productivity and communication.
Use tools like Zum and Slack to maintain consistent and effective communication within the team.
Design, update, and manage G-Sites to keep partners and employees informed and engaged.

Required
Proficiency in ASNA (Mandatory)
Familiarity with G-Drive, G-Sites, and SharePoint
Experience with ZM and Slack for internal communication
Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Strong Communicator: Effective in verbal and written communication, capable of keeping the team aligned and informed.
Problem Solver: Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
Proactive Leader: Motivated to take initiative and drive team productivity.
Preferred
Familiarity with HR practices is beneficial.
