Responsibilities
Enable workforce and talent team by leveraging M365 tools such as SharePoint lists, PowerAutomate, excel, etc to create automate manual processing of requisition request and approval, attrition tracking, resource planning, reconciliation and sync with financial forecasting, etc.

Required
Advanced Excel including Powerquery or MS Access skills
M365 Sharepoint List Admin/Designer skills
M365 PowerAutomate / PowerApps skills
Familiarity or prior experience with resource / workforce data
Familiarity with workforce planning tools in an agile environment
Process Management skills - ability to model process flows and drive process integration
