Responsibilities
Forecast call volumes with high accuracy for intervals, daily, and monthly metrics
Ensure schedule integrity by maintaining accurate agent information and availability
Create and maintain forecast models that predict operational changes
Conduct various analyses and present findings to management
Collaborate with the management team on staffing requirements and service impact

Required
Associates Degree in a business-related field or previous workforce management experience
3+ years of related workforce management and platform experience
2+ years of experience in healthcare or a healthcare contact center
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Lean Six Sigma Certification
