Responsibilities
Be a key resource on large-scale WFM related projects, primarily UKG WFM
Deliver quality client service and work products, deliver insightful solutions, and balance multiple priorities
Support clients’ global WFM challenges, issues, and complex requirements
Identify WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities
Support and deliver seamless transition during UKG WFM solution implementations and transformations

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant professional experience in a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or in-house role with exposure to large-scale UKG WFM projects
Subject matter expertise in Workforce management domain (Time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling, etc.)
Experience in managing or leading global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations
Experience in managing or supporting global and/or multi-national WFM operations
7+ years of relevant experience
Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment
Preferred
Large-scale project management experience including budget, scope, and resource management with global or multi-national client WFM project experience
Global WFM consulting experience, knowledge of WFM and HR technology vendors, primarily UKG, and other solutions such as ADP, Workforce Software, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday
Common knowledge of WFM, with priority to UKG, business process activities, and ability to modify and apply processes based on client sector
Business development experience including proposal development, orals presentation development and delivery, CRM management, and deal-size revenue/economics/pricing creation
Strong numerical acumen, analytical abilities, and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
