Responsibilities

Help the Café managers (50-60 managers) make their lives easier with scheduling, and improve associate engagement.

Build out best practices as well as a guide for each manager to use.

Use a template and different demand inputs to figure out what types of FTE scheduling requirements are needed and their budgets.

Figure out the most optimal schedules for each café based on the hours of operation.

Create a 'playbook' for the managers/schedules.

Potentially work through additional things such as turning this into an automated system.
