Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and map them to Workforce Software capabilities to deliver effective solutions.

Design and implement end-to-end Workforce Software solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.

Provide strategic advice on WFM solution architecture, including system performance, scalability, and security.

Lead technical workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive successful project outcomes.

Develop and maintain documentation, including solution design, configurations, and operational support guides.

Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth deployment.

Stay updated on Workforce Software updates and industry trends to recommend best practices and innovative solutions.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Workforce Software, advising stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions, with at least 3 years specializing in Workforce Software.

Strong expertise in Workforce Software modules, including timekeeping, accruals, attendance, advanced scheduling, and forecasting.

Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration for Workforce Software solutions.

In-depth understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in workforce management systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
