Responsibilities
Identify and mitigate enterprise-wide risk through consultation with business leaders
Conduct investigations into employee concerns and recommend effective solutions
Assist leaders with corrective action, conflict resolution, and absence management
Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and tools to support business leaders
Promote positive employee relations and maintain solid working relationships

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or 4-6 years in human resources, preferably in employee relations or a closely related field
Strong counseling, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws
Ability to identify issues and implement creative solutions
Clear and concise verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with all levels of management and employees
Preferred
Labor Relations and Leaves Administration experience
J.D. or legal training
5+ years conducting complex investigations
Experience responding to and managing administrative charges (e.g., EEOC, DOL, etc.)
