Project management, including setting and meeting client expectations and deadlines, delegation, review, training junior staff, and monitoring workload of yourself and the team while respecting the work-life quality of team members
Leadership, including supporting co-workers, seeking diversity, and providing honest and meaningful feedback in a timely manner
Technology solution creation and process improvement implementation utilizing technology
Domestic and global compliance, tax, and financial reporting requirements applicable to defined benefit pension and health & welfare plans, including statutory pronouncements (e.g. IRC Section 430, the Affordable Care Act), financial reporting standards (e.g. ASC 715, IAS 19R)
ProVal, or other actuarial valuation software
Microsoft Office applications
Alteryx, Tableau, and/or other analytical applications for data manipulation and visualization
