Responsibilities

Remain updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to guide organizational strategy.

Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Drive discussions and influence decision-making with senior leadership, including Director-level stakeholders and above.

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather detailed ground-level requirements.

Act as a Product Owner, defining and prioritizing backlogs, approving requirements, and validating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results.

Translate business pain points into actionable and effective solutions.

Provide leadership in designing business test strategies, governance models, and implementation methodologies.

Mentor and guide teams on capturing and standardizing robust business requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement solutions to meet critical customer and service level requirements using DMAIC methodology.

Analyze complex business processes, formulate recommendations, and present solutions to senior management.
