Responsibilities

Accountable for the daily operations of the Wound Care Center, including staffing, productivity, budget management, and service standards.

Mentor and develop staff, interface with other departments to assure patient throughput, and collaborate with the professional development department to assess learning needs of the staff.

Work in collaboration with the Program Director and the Medical Director to meet the Center’s program objectives and ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Utilize clinical and leadership skills to identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Participate in the selection, evaluation, and coaching of unit employees.
