Responsibilities
Spearhead a comprehensive program assessment on the effectiveness of MRH's different initiatives in providing aftercare services to survivors of CSEC, OSEC, and sexual abuse.
Design a comprehensive research framework.
Conduct interviews with direct program beneficiaries, staff members, and stakeholders.
Mentor key personnel on research design and data gathering techniques.

Required
Master's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, sociology, research, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in program assessment or evaluation.
At least 2 years background in child protection and working with youth or sexually exploited children.
Excellent people skills with demonstrated flexibility and patience.
