Responsibilities

Repurpose and edit 214 Facebook videos for YouTube, adapting them for optimal YouTube performance (adding intros/outros, refining visuals, adjusting lengths as needed).
Write SEO-optimized video titles and descriptions to increase discoverability.
Create engaging, high-quality thumbnails that capture viewer interest.
Use YouTube-specific tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.) to research and implement relevant keywords and tags for each video.
Schedule posts and manage video uploads to maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
Monitor YouTube analytics and make data-driven adjustments to boost engagement and organic growth.
Provide regular reports on performance, including insights on which content performs best and suggestions for future improvements.

Required

Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels organically.
Expertise in YouTube SEO, audience engagement strategies, and organic growth tactics.
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphic design tools (for thumbnail creation).
Familiarity with YouTube analytics, keyword research, and A/B testing.
Strong attention to detail and creativity to optimize and enhance each video’s appeal.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

Previous experience in repurposing content across social media platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing, loyalty programs, or customer retention strategies (our product niche).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
