Responsibilities
Oversee upload management on multiple Law&Crime channels
Create 10-20 thumbnails daily
Manage one of the Law&Crime YouTube channel’s operations and team of two reports
Future management of new Law&Crime YouTube channels and additional reports
Acquire and maintain partnerships with other creators
Assist in identifying areas of improvement, opportunities, and growth on YouTube
Execute brand sales implementations with the sales team
Manage implementation of YouTube Memberships strategy
Uphold and enforce YouTube’s monetization standards and practices, as well as Law&Crime’s editorial guidelines.
Research related media trends and stay up to date on technology, news and trends in order to assist in keeping Law & Crime Network and its offerings both competitive and true to our mission.

Required
5 years of professional work experience on YouTube
Strict adherence to tight deadlines
Flexible schedule with the ability to work late and on-call for breaking news coverage
Experience producing video content for social media and YouTube
Strong creative judgment
Familiarity with Adobe suite; specifically Photoshop and Premiere.
Experience and an ability to communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to take initiative and act independently and proactively.
Ability to work remotely with a solid internet connection.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferred area of study Communication, Film, Journalism, Production, or related field.
Experience in news, journalism, or true crime is preferred but not required.
