Commercial Business Partner

Responsibilities
You will be the owner of the Master agreements and commercial relationship with the customer
You will conduct in-depth negotiations with the Customer spanning multiple contracts, delivery units and business areas
You will partner with the Customer to overcome barriers and issues in negotiations and support contracts in active execution mode
You will interact with customer sourcing and procurement teams to initiate, drive and expend business opportunities
You will manage risk and continuity across contracts, including commitments made in new contract negotiations
You will work with Customer governance organization to implement and monitor compliance
You will maintain on-going communication with Customer sourcing and delivery teams in order to resolve commercial and contractual issues
You will manage escalations between the customer and Amdocs
You will negotiate agreements with 3rd party suppliers to augment Amdocs delivery teams and ensure contracts mirror Amdocs commitments to Customer
Qualification
Required
Overall 10+ years total experience and of which 4+ years' experience working in and supporting a sales organization
At least 2 years of experience in Work Order drafting, commercial negotiation, preparing reports and tailoring communication as appropriate to audience
Strong customer facing, interpersonal relations
Strong business and industry knowledge
Project management experience
Experience in commercial negotiation and with contracts and other legal documents management
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Law degree is an advantage
