Responsibilities

Manage client segmentation and prioritize assignments for sellers
Collaborate with finance to establish seller targets and quotas
Own tools for quota management and ensure accurate data uploads for compensation processes
Participate in Sales Operations data management and analysis every fiscal half
Extract data from various repositories to analyze trends related to sales performance
Seek feedback from stakeholders to improve tooling and reporting capabilities
Act as a technical advocate for end-user groups during feature development with engineering teams
Enhance the reporting suite to support partner teams in decision-making processes

Qualification

SQLPower BIAdvanced ExcelMicrosoft FabricPythonMachine learning techniquesData quality best practicesEffective communicationDecision makingQuick learning

Required

Proficient in SQL with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong expertise in Power BI with at least 5 years of experience
Advanced Excel skills (5-7 years) for building templates and managing global data consolidation
Knowledge of best practices in data quality and cleaning
Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders confidently
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Quick learning ability with adaptability to different Microsoft systems

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred
Familiarity with Python is ideal but not mandatory
Understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc., is beneficial
Experience in sales, quota, or compensation-related operations is advantageous
