They are seeking a highly motivated summer intern to join their Data & AI/ML team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects related to data analysis and machine learning for advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and structuring large datasets of machine and process data
Develop and implement data cleaning and preprocessing pipelines
Contribute to the design and implementation of data storage solutions
Write Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Develop tools for data visualization and reporting
Contribute to the development of robust and scalable data pipelines
Design and implement tools for collecting, storing, and validating human-labeled datasets
Develop user interfaces for efficient data labeling
Ensure data integrity and consistency
Participate in AI/ML projects aimed at improving machine performance and process optimization
Apply machine learning algorithms to analyze sensor data and identify patterns
Contribute to the development and evaluation of predictive models
Assist in the implementation of model deployment strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Functional familiarity in Python scripting
Familiarity with data analysis and machine learning concepts
Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Knowledge of database systems and SQL is a plus
An interest in hardware and manufacturing technologies is a plus
