Responsibilities
Build production-grade LLM agents with a focus on high throughput, low latency, and enterprise security
Build, deploy, and manage enterprise AI applications in production
Develop data/ETL pipelines for training and fine-tuning LLMs
Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins-like platforms
Build monitoring and observability stacks for ML applications
Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure setup, API integration, and improving internal developer productivity
Represent Nutanix in open-source LLM inference communities such as vLLM
Qualification
Required
M.S. degree in Computer Science from a top-tier university
4–6 years of industry experience in large-scale ML application development on cloud-native platforms such as Kubernetes
1–2 years of industry experience in LLMOps, including cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
Expertise in Python, especially with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch
Expertise in LLM inference libraries such as vLLM
Strong programming skills in at least one systems-level programming language such as C++ or Go
Fluency with the open-source ecosystem, such as CNCF
Preferred
Experience with multi-GPU parallelism techniques such as data parallelism and model parallelism
Contributions to relevant open-source projects such as vLLM or Ollama
Experience with CUDA programming
