Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
0-4 years of experience in software development for Junior Software Engineer
4-10 years of experience for Mid-Level Software Engineer
10+ years of software engineering experience for Senior Software Engineer
Familiarity with coding languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for Junior Software Engineer
Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools gained from previous experience for Mid-Level Software Engineer
Proven ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems for Mid-Level Software Engineer
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field for Senior Software Engineer
Expertise in software architecture, data structures, and advanced algorithms gained from previous experience for Senior Software Engineer
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior engineers for Senior Software Engineer
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Understanding of the full software development life cycle
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
