Responsibilities
Proactively analyze data from various domains, including marketing, sales, and finance to identify key trends and relationships
Provide strategic marketing analytics to support Marketing operations, Sales operations and enhancement efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and develop approaches to solve critical business problems, leveraging your experience and expertise
Design, enhance, and scale dashboards, visualizations, and automations to support marketing and business analytics needs
Work closely with leaders in Marketing to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and determine the root causes of performance trends
Apply advanced statistical techniques, such as causal inference methods, to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices in data analysis and visualization
Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders through detailed reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
10+ years of experience utilizing analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes
Experience with Marketing Analytics in a B2B environment (preferably SaaS industry)
Proven track record of supporting and influencing business strategy through analytics
Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including causal modeling, A/B testing, and regression analysis
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python for data analysis
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in data analysis and driving data-informed decision-making
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a business audience
A proactive approach with a bias for action—willing to build prototypes and refine them based on feedback, prioritizing progress over perfection
Strong curiosity and analytical mindset, with a passion for diving into data details
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
Preferred
Experience with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake, is highly desirable
