Responsibilities
Developing and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions related to structured and unstructured NLP data from our members
Driving improvements to models, pipelines, and text analytics programs
Maintaining industry-leading satisfaction scores and driving millions of dollars of Medicare reimbursement for the business
Rapidly iterating from POC to final delivery
Qualification
Required
Masters Degree & 1-2yrs exp or Bachelors Degree & 3-4 yrs exp
Expert level programming/scripting skills with Python/SQL
Experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally Google Cloud
Experience creating Deep Learning Models with large data sets in TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, etc and optimizing training or deployment for GPUs
Experience working in a team Git environment
Preferred
Comfort calling Generative AI (GenAI) APIs, with or without “tools”, potentially as agents
Industry experience in optimizing training and inference pipelines using HuggingFace on A/L/H series GPUs, enhancing model performance
Industry experience using LLM Ops tools
Experience with GCP tools such as BigQuery, VertexAI, DataFlow, DataProc, etc
Experience with healthcare data
Advanced degree
