Responsibilities

Solution Selling: Approach sales from a business solution perspective to ensure that offerings align with customer needs in terms of type, scope, and implementation
Customer Acquisition & Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise customers and expand within existing accounts
Consultative Selling: Apply value-led, consultative sales techniques to identify and advance opportunities that drive ongoing profitable revenue growth
Pipeline Management: Build, monitor, and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of near- and long-term opportunities
Strategic Direction: Understand the company’s overall strategic vision and tailor solutions to meet client business objectives
C-Level Engagement: Establish and maintain strong executive relationships within client organizations, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner
Industry & Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to deliver impactful insights and solutions
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and maximize revenue potential
Sales Process Optimization: Implement and refine sales methodologies, CRM processes, and analytics-driven decision-making to enhance sales effectiveness
Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and drive business development

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
Expertise in MarTech, AdTech, AI, and data-driven enterprise solutions
Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, particularly in Contact Centers, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation initiatives
Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to translate customer challenges into strategic business solutions
Proven success in building and closing complex enterprise deals across multiple industries
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies and experience leveraging CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
Ability to manage sales cycles efficiently, forecast accurately, and drive pipeline velocity
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
